This FREE webinar seminar is facilitated by the Office of Civil Rights and provides an overview of the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program and guidance on the DBE application process.

Benefits of Certification:

Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) have expanded access to participate in federally-funded projects. Caltrans’ overall annual DBE participation goal is 17.6 percent for FHWA-assisted contracts.
