About this event

This Free Workshop Is for Entrepreneurs in Business and for Those Wanting To Start. It’s Never Too Late To Make a Business Plan! Find your competition, understand your financials, and create a roadmap for your business.

Who is teaching the workshop?

Rhonda Lowe has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years. She brings experience in retail, hospitality, and marketing to her clients. She has learned many lessons over the years and experienced, first-hand, the difference between starting a business with a plan and starting a business without a plan. She now has a consulting business where she helps entrepreneurs of any age make their dream of owning their own business come true. She is passionate about preserving the presence and prosperity of the independently owned businesses in our communities.

Who is Valley Sierra SBDC?

Valley Sierra Small Business Development center (SBDC) is a non-profit located in Modesto, Ca. The SBDC opened in 2003, and they have helped create and retain over 10,000 jobs and assisted with securing more the $435 million in loans and equity in Stanislaus and Tuolumne counties. The Valley Sierra SBDC in collaboration with the City of Turlock are working together to support local entrepreneurs and small businesses, as well as providing the tools and resources to start, and grow their businesses. The new program, Turlock: Small Business, Large Impact, aims to fully understand local small businesses' issues, connect local entrepreneurs with resources, make business owners aware of opportunities available, and provide no-cost training and consultations with expert advisors.
