Every California employer has been faced with incredible challenges, tremendous uncertainty, and an unbelievable amount of frustration in recent years. We are still seeing new laws being enacted in response to the Me Too Movement, as well as multiple new laws seeking to provide additional protection to employees in the workplace. New standards require employers to modify their policies and procedures both in writing and in practice. Those who fail to comply with the letter of the law face significant legal exposure. As employers work to operate in compliance with all applicable laws, the Stanislaus County EAC wants to be sure you know what is required of you in 2022.

We hope you can join us as Stacy Henderson and Raquel Hatfield of Henderson Hatfield conduct a training session to provide practical guidance for employers of all sizes regarding these important new laws and recent cases.
