Three commercial real estate professionals will discuss local retail, commercial and light industrial properties, plus small business leasing and purchasing options in this week’s free webinar presented by the Small Business Development Center at CSU Bakersfield.

“Webinar Wednesday” will be online Wednesday, Oct. 26 from 12 noon to 1 p.m.

Guest host, Keith Brice, president and CEO of Mid State Development Corporation will lead a panel discussion on the local commercial real estate market. He will be joined by Matthew Starr, principal, Office Services Group for ASU Commercial, Coby Vance, associate director, Cushman & Wakefield Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors, and Bakersfield commercial and retail broker and developer, Anthony Olivieri.

Questions from attendees will be taken.
