To aid in slowing down community exposure to COVID-19, this workshop is being postponed to a later date.

After completing this training, attendees will be able to Identify general characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of each of these organizational types for small businesses:

  • Sole proprietorship
  • Partnerships (general partnership, limited partnership and limited liability partnership)
  • Limited liability company (LLC)
  • C-corporation
  • S-corporation

This workshop is co-sponsored by the Salinas Public Library and is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the CA Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development.
