Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will be joined by Claudia Newcorn, President of Acorn Enterprises Marketing. Newcorn will discuss five steps to building long-term customer relationships including ideas on how to retain clients, and actions to take without spending a lot of money. 
 
Newcorn is a speaker, trainer, consultant and coach with more than 35 years of business and marketing experience. She works with a variety of business owners and managers to develop successful marketing solutions, strategies, and plans tailored to each firm’s capabilities and needs. She is also author of the award-winning Amazon Best Seller, “Zipline to Success.” 
 
Economist Mark Evans, emeritus professor from CSUB will provide options for putting Social Security on sustainable footing. 
 
Bearden will begin the webinar with information on the IRS Employee Retention Credit Amnesty Program and how to qualify, and the Corporate Transparency Act and Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting. 
 
Questions from attendees will be taken.
