On this week’s free webinar, SBDC director Kelly Bearden will be joined by Lisa Carbajal, vice president and senior loan officer for Cen Cal Business Finance Group. She will discuss details of the Small Business Administration’s 504 loan program of fixed rate financing for major fixed assets, minimum and maximum loan amounts, and advantages of the program. 
 
A Bakersfield native, Carbajal has more than 30 years of experience as a local financial services professional.  
 
Bearden will begin the webinar with recent state changes in the fast food franchise law, requirements to apply for Employee Retention Credit amnesty before the March 22 deadline, plus other local and regional issues impacting small businesses. 
 
Questions from attendees will be taken.
