Implementation of a Marketing Strategy to the Business:
New and shorter list of products
Greg came to SBDC looking for help in November 2020. The last year had been for his company due to Covid 19 and other issues related to the pandemic. His company was doing any kind of fixing or remodeling construction work — and they were struggling. After the business assessment, I suggested that he should focus on only doing bathrooms and kitchen remodeling.
The strategy worked and now they have more clients than they can handle.
I am now training them on how to organize themselves to grow.
